Fall Trip to Door County, Wisconsin
Hubby and I took a mini-vacation to Door County last week to see the fall colors. We had a fun trip, even though it was cut short by rainy weather. The area is gorgeous! I shared more photos of our trip and a short video of the fall color in my post ‘Fall Color Trip to Door County.’ I hope you enjoy this quaint view of life in Door County, Wisconsin!

We spent a day in Bailey’s Harbor, Wisconsin and had fun walking around the downtown area. The shops were decorated for fall.

We both had quite a bit of work to do at home, so maybe it wasn’t such a bad thing that the weather sent us packing. I hope we can get back to Door County next year! Have you ever visited this area?

Hi Nancy!
I want to try this recipe soon. I have to pace myself with the sugar these days. Michelle shared some awesome recipes in her book! I’m looking forward to trying more of them. 🙂
Yes I’ve been to Door County because I live in Wisconsin. I’ve only been there once or twice and I am definitely due for another trip. We have had the worst fall ever here in Wisconsin. Especially on weekends! It has been raining constantly. My husband and I were only able to get out and see the fall colors once this season. Thanks for the party!
Hi Amy!
It has certainly been a strange season. We are finally getting some pretty color here and now the wind is crazy, so I think the leaves will be short-lived. Drat!
Thank you for hosting! This is what I featured the week of 10-14 to 10-18 on my blog. On Tuesday morning was a No Bake Apple Cinnamon Cheesecake With Streusel Crust. Wednesday I posted a Rich Strawberry Cheesecake Supreme. Wrapping up this week of cheesecake I highlighted a Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake. Enjoy!
Those all sound so delicious, Marilyn! Thanks so much for sharing your scrumptious recipes on the hop!
