‘Raise Your Chickens on Kitchen Scraps’ Flour Sack Towels
I recently received two super cute flour sack towels to review for Victory Garden of Tomorrow. All opinions are my own.
These towels are great for drying dishes, wiping hands, displaying in your kitchen, or gathering up fresh produce from your garden or eggs from your own hens.
I love the sentiment on the towel too…Raise your chickens on kitchen scraps! A great way to reduce your household waste and provide tasty snacks for your backyard hens. 🙂
I washed my new towels once … the design remained vibrant and the fabric held up perfectly. They need no special care and I wash them right along with the rest of my kitchen towels.
These towels are sure to last for many laundry cycles. I also like how they look hanging in my kitchen…I almost hate to actually use them!
Update: I wrote this review in June of 2016 and as of December 2019 my ‘Raise your chickens on kitchen scraps’ towels are still in good condition with regular use and washing. I have used bleach with no negative effects on the design. Other than a few minor stains caused by my own crazy homesteading activities they still look great!

I love the 2014 HenCam Calendar from The Victory Garden.
I love the “Get Real” and “Be Rational” t shirt I’m kind of a Math Nerd. Those Victory Garden posters are cool too.
