Blogpinner For Bloggers
I have never posted blogging information before, not because I’m not interested…it’s just that my blog is really here for telling you about my homestead life. However, blogging has become part of that life and I really enjoy it!
I recently set up an account at Blogpinner and I wanted to share this new tool with my blogging friends. Blogpinner is a social media site similar to Pinterest in that you can pin things that you find online to boards that you set up in your account. The big difference is that Blogpinner is only for pinning blogs. It is a site that allows you to promote your own blog and save blogs that you want to visit or help promote because they are really great!
I’m still brand spanking new to the site, so I haven’t had time to really delve too deep. I am using it to pin posts from my blog on my Little Homestead On The Hill board. Plus I have a board that I am working on for blogs that I like to visit and another for blogs that host blog hops and carnivals that I participate in. I’m hoping that will help me organize my time better when I am linking to the hops! I have noticed that there aren’t a huge number of blogs about homesteading and gardening pinned there yet…but I’m sure that the numbers will really start to grow once people find out about the site and all it has to offer. Hope you can join me there! One of my plans for today is to add the ‘Follow Me on Blogpinner’ button to my site today.
Update: I added the “Follow Me On Blogpinner” button to the side of my page. If you are interested in following my boards, just click on that! I’ve been trying to add all of the homesteading blogs and blog hops that I like to my boards, although I haven’t had a chance to get them all. Hope to see you over there
