Welcome to The HomeAcre Hop

This will be our last week of co-hosting with Jenny from Black Fox Homestead. We are sad to see Jenny off, but we understand how busy she is with her homestead! Please take a moment to stop by and wish her well with all of her endeavors!

Day eight of my cabinet painting project - I’m getting a little tired of this whole kitchen remodel! I have so many things that need doing around our homestead…picking beans, weeding, butchering poultry, preserving veggies for the winter. I’d love to make some zucchini bread and more Brine Cured Dilly Beans…but those things will have to take whatever attention I can muster after a day of painting. Hopefully I’ll have that done soon and we can finish putting the cabinets back in, order counter tops and flooring, and have our lives return to normal. Normal sounds so nice!

What’s up on your homestead this week?
