Spring Chores & The HomeAcre Hop #114

Spring Chores & Welcome to The HomeAcre Hop

The sun is shining and it’s a balmy 61 F here in Northern Illinois today…I love it! I started raking dead leaves out of my flower beds this morning when I decided it would be much more fun to take a photo of my blooming crocus to share with you! Life is busy on our homestead. I butchered some Pekin drakes and a young cockerel yesterday. My tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, onions, and leeks are all sprouting under lights in the basement. There’s a ton of clean-up to do in the garden…so I really need to get back to work. Please share what’s up on your homestead by linking posts or sharing in the comments below. I hope you’re enjoying some beautiful spring weather in your neck of the woods!
