Trogg’s Hollow Farm on From Scratch Magazine!

We have a great CSA here in my little community outside of Chicago, Illinois! Their business is called Trogg’s Hollow and they offer some awesome produce in their shares and at Farmer’s Markets in the area. Marcy and Trogg were kind enough to answer some questions and let me write about them in an article for From Scratch, the online Magazine.

Thank you so much for sharing this. I am from Chicago, and relocated to the south, but have family and friends still there. Some are wanting to eat real food, and looking for resources, passing this on to them.
