The Creative HomeAcre Hop #4
Welcome to The Creative HomeAcre Hop! I’m so glad to have you here
This week I’d like to share some photos of my homemade Cottage Cheese and some vintage items that belonged to my Grandma P. I made this batch of cottage cheese from milk that went sour, but you can use fresh milk too. After you make your batch of cheese, you will have a lot of protein rich whey to use in baked goods too! It was super easy to make and didn’t take very long…important points for people with busy lives.

My Grandma P used to milk her own cow when my Mom was little. She used the fresh milk for drinking and making her own cottage cheese and butter from the cream. To this day my Mom remembers how good the homemade cottage cheese was.

Enough about me…let’s see who was featured from last week’s hop!
