Sour kraut, I made some 2 years ago and just stored it in my garage, without boiling it. I just placed it jars and in a dark place. Last summer it was hot and the sourkraut remained in the garage. Now my question is, is it still OK????? There is abit of whitish stuff on it.
That sounds pretty iffy, Liz…I don’t think I would eat it. 🙁 If it was canned it would probably be ok.
