Peppermint Sugar Scrub is a Refreshing Way to Exfoliate
This peppermint sugar scrub is an easy and refreshing skincare product you can make in just a few minutes. It exfoliates dead skin on your face and neck and leaves your skin feeling smooth and refreshed. I also to use sugar scrubs to deep clean my hands after working out in the garden.
The coconut oil and vitamin E oil also leave your skin feeling so smooth and soft. That’s something that this homesteader appreciates at the end of a hard day of work!

Save Money, Reduce Waste, & Care for Your Skin!
I started experimenting with my own bath and body products several years ago. I got tired of throwing away plastic containers and searching for inexpensive products that don’t have a bunch of artificial ingredients in them. In addition, a lot of beauty products are tested on animals and it gets exhausting to find a product I feel good about buying.
Making all-natural products that work well, save money, aren’t tested on animals, and leave my skin feeling great…sign me up!

Hi Lisa,
I’m really excited about giving a peppermint gift basket. I’d like for my products to be harder in texture … for example, the sugar scrub and foot balm. Is there a way to to change ingredients to do this ?
Susan
Hi Susan,
You can increase the amount of beeswax in the foot balm to make it more solid. To make the sugar scrub stiffer in texture, use less oil or more sugar. I hope you like the results!
I LOVE a good sugar scrub! This sounds nice and easy to make too. Pinned.
Hi Joanne!
Let me know how you like the scrub if you give it a try!
