We have 36 Cornish Rock X eggs hatching right now–7 have hatched this morning. Bourbon Red Turkeys, mixed duck eggs from our flock, and 15 Muscovy eggs in a second incubator set to hatch in a little over a week! Definitely a neat Easter treat for us, real live peeps!
Do you know what kind of turkeys they are from? that sounds really interesting – have fun! We were given 11 free eggs one year and l0 hatched. My Muscovy hen is still setting on her nest of eggs in the hen house and we have a goose nest w/over 20 eggs and a female has finally starting setting – could be 20, could be one or could be none hatch!, LOL
They are Narragannsett turkeys…I have the Tom and hen in my flock. Wow…I hope you have lots of baby ducks and geese to tell me about soon! Best wishes, Linda!

How exciting, Deborah! I hope you’ll stop back and tell me how your hatch goes! I always love to hear about little peeps hatching 🙂
